Who we are
YNDR, LLC (“YNDR”, “we”) is a software and AI agent studio in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy covers yndr.com and the emails and calls that start here. Questions go to chris@yndr.com.
What you give us
- Forms. When you request a consultation, the AI guide, the Claude course or cohort updates, or sign up for an event, we get what you type: name, work email, and depending on the form, phone, company, role and what you are working on.
- Bookings. When you book a call through Calendly we get your name, email, the time you chose and your answers to the booking questions.
- Teddy’s questions. After you book, our assistant Teddy may ask a few short questions about what you want to fix, the tools you use, your timeline and your role. Your answers are saved so the call starts where you are.
- Email. Anything you send us by email.
What we collect automatically
- Pages you visit, how long you stay, the page or campaign that sent you (including tags like utm_source), your device and browser type, screen size, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
- A random visitor ID and session ID stored in your browser, and a device fingerprint made from browser characteristics, so we can tell a returning visitor from a new one.
- Your IP address is looked up with IPinfo to see whether it belongs to a company network, so we know which businesses are reading the site.
- Google Analytics (which sets cookies) and Vercel Analytics measure traffic across the site.
Visitor identification
We use RB2B, a service that can recognize some visitors from the United States using its own data. When it does, it sends us details such as name, business email, job title, company and LinkedIn profile. We store them with your visits and may reach out about work we could do together. If you would rather we did not keep or use this, email us and we will delete it and leave you alone. RB2B also offers its own opt-out on its website.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule calls and send what you asked for, such as the guide or course lessons.
- To prepare for calls. Before a call we may look up you and your company in public web sources and use AI to write an internal prep note for Chris. The note stays inside YNDR.
- To follow up with business contacts who visited, signed up or booked.
- To learn which pages and campaigns work, and to improve the site.
- To keep forms free of spam and bots, and to meet legal obligations.
Who else handles it
We use these service providers to run the site and our follow-up. Each handles data for us:
- Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database)
- Resend (email delivery) and Calendly (scheduling)
- Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics (traffic measurement)
- RB2B (visitor identification) and IPinfo (company lookup from IP address)
- Data enrichment services that confirm a business contact’s company and role
- Anthropic (Claude), which runs Teddy’s questions and writes our internal call prep notes. What you type to Teddy is processed by Anthropic.
We do not sell your personal information or rent it to anyone.
Email from us
Every course email can be unsubscribed from in one click. For any other email from us, reply “stop” and we will not email you again.
Your choices
- Email chris@yndr.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We honor these requests wherever you live.
- You can block or clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site still works without them.
- The site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Email us instead and we will apply your choice by hand.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and booking details while we are working together or have a reason to follow up, then delete them. Ask any time and we will delete yours sooner.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored with our hosting and database providers. No system is perfectly secure. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. The terms of use cover the rest of how the site works.
