The agreement

yndr.com is run by YNDR, LLC (“YNDR”, “we”), Atlanta, Georgia. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

The site describes our services and shares free material. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement wins over these terms wherever they differ.

Free resources

The Claude course, guides, articles, quiz, webinars and templates are free for your own use and your team’s. They are general education, not legal, financial, security or other professional advice for your situation, and quiz results are a rough self-assessment. You decide how to apply them and are responsible for the result.

Calls and consultations

Discovery calls and consultations are free and carry no obligation on either side. We may decline or reschedule a call. What we share on a call is general guidance until a signed agreement says otherwise. Please do not send confidential information before we have a confidentiality agreement in place.

What you send us

When you fill in a form, book a call or answer Teddy’s questions, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We handle it as the privacy policy describes.

Our content

The site’s writing, designs, code samples, videos and course material belong to YNDR. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with credit. Please do not republish whole guides, lessons or videos, or sell them.

Using the site fairly

Do not attack or overload the site, submit forms automatically or in bulk, scrape it in a way that slows it down, pretend to be someone else, or use it to break the law.

Other services

Some features run on other companies’ services, such as Calendly for booking, and some pages link to other sites. Their own terms apply there, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty

The site and its free resources are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work to keep them accurate and available but cannot promise they are always complete, current or online.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, YNDR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using the site or its free resources, and our total liability for anything related to them is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and using the site after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
